For most custom cakes, we recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days in advance. For weddings or highly detailed tiered cakes, please allow 3–4 weeks. We do take last-minute orders when our schedule allows. Just reach out and we'll do our best.
Yes! We bake eggless cakes as well. Please mention dietary needs in your order form. We take allergens seriously and can provide full ingredient details on request.
Yes, we deliver throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality, including Timberlea, Bedford, Halifax downtown, Dartmouth, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees depend on distance, typically ranging from $10–$30 CAD. For large tiered cakes and wedding cakes, we personally hand deliver and set up on-site to ensure everything is perfect. Pickup from our kitchen in Timberlea is always free.
We require a 50% deposit to confirm and schedule your order, with the balance due before delivery. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Interac e-Transfer, and Cash.
Changes can be made up to 5 days before your event (14 days for weddings). Cancellations more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund of deposit; within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable as ingredients and prep time have already been committed.
Absolutely! We love when clients share inspiration. Send us references through the order form or on Instagram. We'll use your inspiration as a starting point and create something uniquely yours (we don't replicate exactly out of respect for other bakers' original work).
It depends on our schedule and the complexity of the design. For simple cakes, we can sometimes accommodate 24–48 hour turnaround with a small rush fee. Message us directly. The fastest way to check availability is WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
